- Spirits of the Past: A Walk in the Dark tickets are absolutely non-refundable and strictly non-transferable by date, entry time, or program. No exceptions will be made.
- Guests who need the ASL and/or sensory-friendly tour MUST take their tour at 5:30 p.m. sharp.
- Tours will launch in groups of about 20 individuals every 8 minutes during the tour session time.
- If you would like to bring a group of 20+ people to this event, please call 585-294-8218 before purchasing.
